Folic acid, pantothenic acid and vitamin B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Unlike general multivitamins, they have safe nutrient levels formulated especially for women.
Female Health
Wellwoman Gummies include Evening Primrose and Starflower Oils. They also provide vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, plus iron which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, an important consideration during the monthly cycle. In addition, 400µg folic acid is included at the exact level recommended by the Department of Health, important for women of child-bearing age if they are planning a pregnancy or there’s a chance you might get pregnant.
