Dosage Guidelines and Safety Measures
Administer a dosage of 10-15 mg/kg, and this can be repeated. Avoid exceeding a total of 60 mg/kg distributed in separate doses over a 24-hour period.
Refrain from administering doses more frequently than every 4 hours and limit the total doses to no more than four within any 24-hour timeframe.
