Mivolis Vital Hair Complex supplies the body with zinc, biotin and copper, but also with other B-complex vitamins such as folic acid and pantothenic acid as well as with the trace element selenium. The trace element zinc is a component of many endogenous enzymes and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Biotin supports the energy metabolism and contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin. Selenium helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the maintenance of normal hair. It also contains copper, which contributes to hair pigmentation. The B vitamins complement and support each other in their function, with vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid contributing to the energy metabolism.

Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water). The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Refrain from taking other dietary supplements containing zinc. The product is not suitable for pregnant women.

This product contains 150 µg biotin per daily dose (1 capsule). If you are having a laboratory test, you must tell your doctor or the laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin, as biotin can affect the results of such tests.
